Customized Thermal-insulated Concrete Batching Plant to Kazakhstan

Customized Thermal-insulated Concrete Batching Plant to Kazakhstan

Our company recently completed packaging and shipment of a customized thermal-insulated HZS120 concrete batching plant, which is now on route to Kazakhstan to support local infrastructure projects. This 120m³/h full-insulation concrete mixing plant is tailor-engineered to tackle Kazakhstan's brutal winter climate, where temperatures often plunge to -30°C and below, a harsh environment that renders standard mixing plants dysfunctional.

Kazakhstan's long freezing season has long plagued local contractors: ordinary equipment suffers frozen aggregates, cracked water pipelines, blocked cement silos and unqualified low-temperature concrete, forcing construction shutdowns for nearly half a year and causing huge project delays and economic losses. Our insulated 120m³ plant solves all these pain points with integrated cold-resistant design exclusively developed for Central Asian frigid zones.

The core advantage lies in its full-enclosed thermal insulation system. The whole production workshop adopts 100mm thick polyurethane sandwich insulation panels, paired with circulating hot air heating to maintain stable indoor temperature above 15°C. Aggregate bins are equipped with built-in heating coils and thermal wrapping to stop sand and gravel from freezing solid, guaranteeing accurate continuous batching. All water pipes, additive pipelines and screw conveyors are wrapped with electric heat tracing and multi-layer insulation cotton, plus automatic drain valves to eliminate frost cracking risks completely.

Cement silos feature dual electric heating and dehumidification units to prevent material caking under extreme cold. The JS2000 twin-shaft mixer is built with low-temperature resistant alloy steel, matched with a hot water circulation system that stabilizes mixing water temperature at 60–80°C. This ensures discharged concrete stays above 10°C, meeting local winter construction standards and avoiding frost damage to hardened structures

Boasting stable 120 cubic meters hourly output, the plant retains efficient automated PLC control while adding cold-start preheating mode for one-click startup in subzero weather. Modular prefabricated structure shortens on-site assembly time, perfectly fitting Kazakhstan’s road, bridge and urban construction schedules.

This delivery marks another mature cold-region equipment export case for our brand. We keep optimizing climate-adaptive mixing solutions for Central Asia, enabling local clients to realize non-stop winter construction and maximize project revenue without seasonal halts.
