HZS60 Concrete Batching Plant to Mongolia

This shipment marks another significant step in our ongoing commitment to support infrastructure development across Central Asia with reliable and efficient construction equipment.

The HZS60 concrete plant is a modular, ready-mix concrete plant designed for medium-scale projects. With a theoretical productivity of 60m3/h, this model offers the ideal balance between output, mobility, and cost-efficiency. It features a twin-shaft forced concrete mixer (JS1000), a PLD1600 batching machine, and a fully automatic control system that ensures precise measurements and consistent concrete quality.

Mongolia’s rapidly growing urban centers and expanding road networks require durable equipment capable of withstanding challenging climates. The HZS60 batching plant is built for precisely such conditions. Its main structure uses heavy-duty steel, and key components are equipped with thermal insulation and heating options, ensuring reliable operation even in sub-zero temperatures common in Ulaanbaatar and the northern provinces.

One of the key advantages of this concrete batching plant is its modular design. Unlike larger stationary plants, the HZS60 batching plant can be quickly disassembled into standard shipping containers, significantly reducing transport time across borders. Once on site, it can be fully operational within 3 to 5 days, allowing our Mongolian client to begin their housing or road project without delay.
