HZS60 Concrete Batching Plant to Mongolia
Recently, a set of HZS60 concrete mixing plant independently developed and produced by our company was successfully loaded and shipped to Mongolia. This shipment not only marks another important breakthrough in our overseas market expansion but also lays a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in Mongolia’s infrastructure construction field.
As our core product, the HZS60 concrete mixing plant has outstanding performance with clear technical parameters and obvious advantages. Its theoretical productivity reaches 60 cubic meters per hour, equipped with a JS1000 forced twin-shaft concrete mixer (nominal capacity 1000L) and a PLD1600 concrete batching machine (weighing bin volume 1600L). The total installed capacity is 105kw, with a standard discharging height of 3.8m and a working cycle time of 60 seconds. Adopting a dual-computer control system, it features intuitive monitoring and dynamic display, ensuring stable production. It also has high measurement accuracy (±1% for cement and water, ±2% for aggregates and additives), low energy consumption, low noise and modular design for easy installation and transportation.
This shipment is based on in-depth communication with Mongolian customers.
